“I went to MetTrimMD Memphis because even though I work out regularly and was at a healthy weight I could not lose 10 stubborn pounds. I do not do diets or at least I don't stay on diets. The MetTrim staff gave me a thorough work up which I found extremely interesting and eye opening. The thought of drinking my meals made me queasy (first week) but once I learned the tricks I actually enjoyed the convenience and LOVED the new energy ! I did not have dramatic loss the first week (2lbs) but again I am below average in weight and recently lost 6 lbs . I have had consistent loss each week and in 5 weeks reached my goal. The foods are good (better then any other diet's prepackaged food) and I often eat at restaurants and other places but know what to eat. The system works and what's more I lost fat not muscle. I have had zero hunger and feel fantastic. I will maintain this weight by modifying my diet with supplemental meals of MetTrim's food while staying with the healthy regime for life. Although most patients will lose a lot of weight rapidly depending on how much they need to lose it is not a "crash" diet. You actually are adding nutritional value to your intake not depleting it. “Brittney was very encouraging and educational during the time she spent with us while preparing for birth and after birth. She had such grace in dealing with our ups and downs that come with the process and that made everything more comfortable. She reassured us that everyone deals with things differently and that it’s her job to learn that and adjust for our comfort. When my contractions started she met us at Target because that’s where we were at the time and she stayed with us timing all the contractions. Later that evening she came over and continued to time them. My Husband and I were unsure if the baby was coming because we were already 8 days past due. Some how she sensed it and told us she was staying the night to be there for us, baby or not. Well he decided to come, at 2:30 am we loaded up my 7 yr old son and all of our things and headed to the birthing center. She was by my side putting up with my mood swings all night and held me up for my last push. She held the baby when my husband got sick and when I just needed a moment to spend with my seven year old son. I can’t thank her enough for what she did for us. If you or anyone you know is looking for a doula, I highly recommend her!”

What a pleasant surprise! This office and entire staff are courteous and professional. My caregiver, a PA, was very patient and thoroughly explained the diagnosis and proposed treatment. It has been said that most reviews are provided by unhappy people. Satisfied patients/customers seldom write reviews. In my opinion, that has happened here. This clinic is top notch.”
