“My wife and I recently planned a dream vacation to Hawaii. We were incredibly excited, but years of working in office had taken its toll on my health and fitness. Having practiced yoga off and on for more than ten years around the world, I was thrilled to find Stephanie leading a wonderful yoga class in downtown Memphis. In our very first session, it was clear that Stephanie was a gifted instructor. She was able to look at the students in front of her and gather from their body types, subtle movements, and mood what type of session would fulfill their needs and then execute it as if it had been planned for weeks. I spoke with Stephanie about my goals and began training with Stephanie a few times a week. I lost more than 30 lbs, deepened flexibility, improved balance, and feel more settled at home and at work. Her classes and a rethinking of my diet have helped me to feel stronger in my body and shown me a path to greater self-confidence. My wife and I had an amazing trip that included climbing mountains, miles of hiking, and even cliff diving! It was a fantastic trip! I highly recommend any session you get into with Stephanie. She is truly a gifted yoga/pilates instructor.”

This building has come a long way, they have started renovations and it’s going to be nice when they finish. The food is good and my family member loves it. They have fun activities and the residents look happy. The staff is helpful especially Gladys in admissions. She welcomed us and made sure my loved one was happy.”

“Was placed here after 4 month stay in Baptist Hospital. Needed medical care and physical therapy so I could get strong enough to walk. I found this facility to be medically about the same as a hospital nursing unit. I received excellent care from the nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors who cared for me. The physical therapy dept was 5 stars and especially therapist Emily who got me back on my feet again. I can’t say enough good things about her and the treatment I received in the physical therapy dept. The only area I found lacking was the dietary operation. I had lost 85 pounds and was trying to put the weight back on but encountered difficulty in getting enough to eat , even when I went to the cafeteria in my wheelchair. Dietary staff were surly and acted like they were being put out by having to feed myself and the elderly residents. Other than that I found my month and a half of skilled nursing care to be totally acceptable.”
