"Vision plans" do not cover medical eye care. His initial complaint was ocular foreign body sensation. I asked him if that was what he wanted addressed and explained that his "vision plan" does not cover medical eye care. He elected to receive only the routine vision exam covered under his "vision plan". It was his choice not to receive a medical office visit.
