I went from using 2 different kinds of allergy medicine with nasal spray and occasionally a Benadryl to top it off, and my symptoms still not being controlled to not using any allergy medicine. I have 'graduated' and will now be on yearly appointments. I know it sounds strange to say, but I will miss seeing the staff on a monthly basis, and I have enjoyed my time with them.”

No other shops wanted to accommodate me because it was close to closing time but Mr. Cliff (I think that’s his name) the owner, saw my frustration and helped me right away. “Today Good Earth came to provide our quarterly pest control service. The man who came was very polite, on time, and thorough. But shortly after he went outside to spray, the door bell rang again. I had been up all night due to my mom being rushed to the hospital the day before, and I was overly exhausted. As I got up to rush to the door, I was reeling. I fell to the floor, crashing against our living room fireplace. The man outside, who I later discovered to be Jeff Anderson, one of the pest control managers, rushed in to help me get off the floor. But not only that… due to my fall, a large decorative vase that sat on the floor in front of the fireplace was now shattered. Mr. Anderson cleaned up all the debris from the broken vase and swept the floor clean! Talk about going above duties call! For the love, concern, and care that this gentleman showed to me, I shout to him and Good Earth, THANK YOU!”

She used her network of connections and contacts within the market, agents, broker, home inspectors, and contractors, to help us both before and after the purchase.
