They care deeply about their guests - including my Mom. You can state-mandate minimal services - but you can't mandate simple human care. “This Country Inn & Suites was nice! They have signs up saying they are remodeling asking to excuse the sounds, I never heard them. The room we stayed in was very clean. The staff was nice. The pool looked nice and clean too, wish we could've stayed longer and been able to enjoy it! It was quiet and the parking lot was very well lit at night.”

“4.75⭐️ I’ve been going to this CVS for about six months now. It’s very busy and seems to be serving a large part of or community. I give them credit for friendly/helpful staff, discount help on prescriptions, and online/phone options for refills. The only reason I can’t give them 5 full stars is understaffing. Sometimes it will take up to 20 mins to pick up a prescription that is ready. They just need some extra cashiers in the pharmacy. Overall though I would recommend this CVS to family and friends.”

“I had an unplanned layover in Memphis. I was scared to stay here because of other reviews, but I didn't have a choice. I'm glad I did. The shuttle picked me up without an issue. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was on the first floor. It was clean and I slept great. I was able to use the fitness room the next morning before going to the airport. Clean and well stocked. Met the manager, Harold Daniels when I was waiting for the shuttle to take me back to the airport. Mr. Daniels was great. He told me about Elvis' history with the hotel. It was super interesting. Will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Memphis”
