“I do not live here, however, really trying to get my disabled brother on the list, he just needs an efficiency. It would be great if one could get notification via email/phone/text that applications are being excepted & one could electronically do the application online & the qualified applicant could be put on the waiting list. When I am in the area, I generally stop by & check if applications are being excepted & its always clean, the staff is always helpful & its a peaceful atmosphere, which the elderly & disabled not only deserve but need. This community is a model for housing of the disabled/elderly & there needs to be more like them.”

They also said that he needed a co signer. That is bull. We are moving out of town so they would not let us co sign which is also bull. This would have been perfect for him.
