“I went to MetTrimMD Memphis because even though I work out regularly and was at a healthy weight I could not lose 10 stubborn pounds. I do not do diets or at least I don't stay on diets. The MetTrim staff gave me a thorough work up which I found extremely interesting and eye opening. The thought of drinking my meals made me queasy (first week) but once I learned the tricks I actually enjoyed the convenience and LOVED the new energy ! I did not have dramatic loss the first week (2lbs) but again I am below average in weight and recently lost 6 lbs . I have had consistent loss each week and in 5 weeks reached my goal. The foods are good (better then any other diet's prepackaged food) and I often eat at restaurants and other places but know what to eat. The system works and what's more I lost fat not muscle. I have had zero hunger and feel fantastic. I will maintain this weight by modifying my diet with supplemental meals of MetTrim's food while staying with the healthy regime for life. Although most patients will lose a lot of weight rapidly depending on how much they need to lose it is not a "crash" diet. You actually are adding nutritional value to your intake not depleting it. It's easy too, nothing complicated or frustrating. The staff is fantastic and support you all the way!”

He even called and said it might be a little bit longer, but ended up having it ready at the first time quoted. Very pleased with the service and him taking his time sizing my finger. “The food and girls here are the reason for coming to this location. They make sure service is fast and friendly. I almost pulled off with out my drinks. We tip them $2-5 every visit..I like their butterfinger blasts and route 44 cherry vanilla slushes..I don't eat lettuce unless it's a salad, so burgers with cheese and no lettuce are really good and decadent. Their onion rings are really good. I don't enjoy their fries but my family does. I always order their tater tots. Breakfast and java is always awesome. Be careful though. That java carries a knock out punch of caffeine. Jalapeno cheese poppers are reasonably priced, yet I wish they always have more in serving quantity. “Great and easy outdoor biking trails. Good for family outdoor day. You can jog, sprint, bike, skate here with minimum difficulty. Just be mindful of others as this trail can be narrow at parts and it tends to be crowded at the weekend.”

“Only been to two IKEA stores. This one and Atlanta. My wife and I really liked this one more as it was much easier to get to, park, and navigate inside. The one in Atlanta is enormous. Still had the Cafe and bistro inside for food and snacks and warehouse had plenty of items in stock. Very nice showroom as well. Always love spending hours in IKEA and still not seeing everything!”
