I spoke with a fellow that was with the company and he was such a polite and respectful young man. I was needing help and even though it wasnt his job he still took a couple minutes to help me find where i needed to be , since he was more familiar with the area than myself. And I took a second or two at Crosstown Concourse to admire their beautiful contributions to the latest addition in Midtown Memphis, just located north of downtown Memphis. It was the old Sears Tower and has now been magnificently renovated into more than you could imagine. They have Luxury apartments, a Peanut Shoppe, and French Truck Coffee. Memphis Millwork did a beautiful staircase, as well as bookcase.”

“I work my vehicles, and I have looked for ages to find a good knowledgeable shop to bring my Diesel and gas trucks to. Finally given Southern Automotives info, where I found Joe and his staff. Wow! I will never bring my trucks anywhere near any other shop, including the dealer, ever again. Knowledge: there is a major difference between being knowledgeable and having Mastery over a subject matter. Joe and his guys not only are knowledgeable, but have very much shown that they are truly Masters of their craft. They know the theory, they know the application, and they have the experience. Quality: shops have to make money, it's a fact of life. But I have never Joe's shop ever feeling I'd been taken advantage of in the slightest. As a matter of fact, I think he could easily charge more and still be in line or below other shops. Honesty: it's almost impossible to even expect it anymore. But I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone I meet to see him for repairs, knowing that they will be treated more than fair, if not, be getting a deal on any work needed. They chase problems to find the cause, they don't just start fixing symptomatic stuff out of the gate. No part swapping to date. If you have a diesel truck, or even a gas burner truck, you are missing out on keeping it running fantastic for a great price. The best part is, he shares his knowledge, he wants you to understand the issues, so you know what to look for. Excellent excellent company!”

“I've been coming to this place for almost 13 years, and today was the first time I was disappointed. I called and was told I could just walk in. I drove straight here from work, the opposite direction of where I live, and was told that there was no way for me to get my hair done. So I've wasted gas and it's too late to go anywhere else. My work schedule limits my options of places to go, so this was it for me. I'll never give less than 5 stars to this place, but hopefully in the future, the people who answer the phones will be more informed and no one else will have to waste time and gas.”
