They are courteous, very service oriented.
My husband and I moved to Gallatin in December and needed to switch banks. Volunteer State Bank, this location specifically, absolutely went above and beyond to help us from the beginning and have been nothing less than amazing since. They let my husband come by to sign papers before they were even open since his work hours wouldn't have allowed him to otherwise. I'm so glad we chose this bank and I'd reccomend it to anyone!
This branch in particular is the best bank I've ever been with. After being away for many years where there wasn't a Vol State Bank, I came back recently and opened a checking and savings account. The staff is so friendly that it's like I'm going to visit family when I need to make a run to the bank. Very refreshing and unique in today's corporate run world.
