With the different management companies and what seemed like an ever changing office staff I think they finally found a great team. The office is as prompt as they can be when it comes to communicating with me. This new team of management, office, and maintenance are friendly and polite. So for me personally I have no complaints at all about the staff or my home. My neighbors well that could be a different story. So I gave a 4 star rating because nothing and no one is perfect. If I could give 4.5 I would. But overall it's a really nice place to live.

(October 10, 2022, 5:19 pm)Overall great area, safe community. Some maintenance issues. We had a leak that needed several visits from the maintenance team to repair. Stoneridge staff has been friendly and responsive overall. Nice place to live.

(June 15, 2022, 10:57 am)I just moved to Stoneridge Farms at the Hunt Club and it’s been good. It’s quiet and the environment is welcoming. The management teams are very helpful. I haven’t had a problem seen I moved here. I’m not too worried about the amenities so that’s not a problem for me, as long as it’s a safe place and good place for me to live in. I would recommend Stoneridge Farms at the Hunt Club.
