    Got 6 pounds of burnt ribs tips for titans tailgate against KC. Ribs were great but a little high for 6 pounds. Carla was great and order ready when I walked in !

    Love love LOVE this gym!!! Lots of great classes for all skill levels and age groups. I’m a 52 yr old grandmother of 2 girls, ages 6 and 4 - and this gym has helped me to stay in shape, and given me the strength to keep up with both of them.
    If you looking for a great Gym, look no further!!!

    This place is incredible. Lisa and the other staff are amazing. Wonderful place to get in shape and feel comfortable doing it. Best fitness in Gallatin and the surrounding areas. And did I mention they have childcare! Love this place.

    I love this gym! I take group classes as well as Personal Training. What is different about this gym - is that every fitness level is welcomed. This is a space where you can achieve your health and wellness goals. The instructors are great support and it is important to them that you reach your goals. They are always there to help! The gym also hosts a book club and a hiking club it is just a great little community. Your first class is always free. Try it - you won’t regret!
