He really put me at ease, was very honest about everything, checked with me about pricing before performing any services, and told me exactly what he was checking when he was checking it! He even let me see my filter and taught me some new things about my car that I didn’t know! He never talked down to me and he didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need! I will absolutely be coming back for my next oil change! I didn’t even have to get out of my car AND it only took like 10 minutes!”

We had to postpone due to COVID and Amy worked with us to find an available date and was so flexible/understanding! Of course, it rained on the big day and they were so accommodating and made the last minute change to set up the ceremony area inside. Everything here is stunning! I enjoy my free Coffee from my coffee membership and a bagel here and there so it's perfectly acceptable and affordable for me. The staff members know me as a regular, and the vibe here is very positive. They've always been friendly. This specific store has always been a fun place to come back to. Note on the recent reviews with the negative customer service. I always show up in the morning time. So I can speak for the morning / early lunch crew. Dinner crew I have no idea 🤷🏽.”
