(June 10, 2016, 5:28 pm)I had a personal trainer a few years ago. I could not continue training because I was injured on the 3rd workout. I needed an experienced trainer who could help me prevent injuries because I have Fibromyalgia. Pam watches my muscles and corrects me throughout the workout. Pam has been training me at First Baptist Church in Hendersonville. I have been working out with Pam for several months without injury. I am very happy with her services. Pam is very positive motivator.
