Friendly knowlogeabble staff. Even with social distancing the service was good, short line moving fast. They have a drive thru that seems very convenient and fast as well.
I have lived and registered vehicles in OK, AZ, DE, CA, WA and SC prior to relocating to Sumner County, TN. The wonderful staff in the Hendersonville Office set the standard for excellence in customer service and efficiency. Likely a standard no other state will be able to reach...it is that good. This morning's trip to the DMV has simply made my day GREAT! How often do you hear that? By the numbers... I registered 3 cars and 1 motorcycle, at the drive through window, in about 15 minutes time from arrival to departure.
Always polite and efficient. I rarely have to wait longer than 5 minutes. And don't do like me and forget to obtain the emissions paperwork.
