Professional, helpful, friendly, great care.
One of the better experiences I have had with an eye doctor and glasses. nice folks, down to earth doctor, small selection of frames yes, but that is to be expected in a smaller office. if you SAVE $$ for frames for a year you can easily buy them even if they are more than what your insurance will pay. My total bill was $350 including exam, frames, non scratch, bi-focal lenses. Less than I have paid in the past, and certainly friendly people, good all around, would definitely recommend.
If I could give Dr. Harris (and Ms. Cynthia) 6 stars then I would! I took my 6 year old son in yesterday for his very first eye exam. I could not have asked for a greater experience. Cynthia at the front desk was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Harris was very thorough and patient. I have had glasses the last 3 years and I dont feel like I’ve ever had a proper eye exam anywhere else after how thorough he was in my son’s exam. He made my son feel so comfortable. He talked us through the whole process and explained everything to me along the way. He also kept my son involved in the process, telling him how to take care of his glasses and how they would help with him. At the end of the exam, Cynthia went through all the glasses that my son wanted to try on (there was quite a few and he was a little picky) and encouraged him to pick the ones that he loved the most. She helped make the process of picking his first pair of glasses a more relaxed, exciting process. We were never rushed and I never felt like we were just money in their pockets. I cannot brag enough. This office truly showed great patient care. I work for doctors myself so I am always thrilled when I step into an office that makes me feel as comfortable as if I was in my own doctors’ office. I couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience and I have a little boy SO excited to get his new, first pair of glasses soon.
