  Club Pilates is a great way to strengthen your entire body while providing a healing process for areas which may have aches and pains. They have very talented, well trained and overall caring teachers. They take their time to instruct, ask questions about you and what is going on with your body. They are overall concerned and vested on helping You! The staff is also kind, always smiling and energetic. I can't say enough about them. I go 5-6 days a week. I always look forward to class! In short, I love them all!!!

  This Club Pilates is one of the best workout experiences I’ve had. After weight lifting for years I decided to try something new. Within the first two weeks I notice a huge difference. The staff and trainers are very helpful. You can be in a full class and still feel like you have a one on one trainer. They truly care about you and give you a great workout experience.

  Love, love, love Club Pilates Indian Lake! I've been a member since they opened and have been very happy. I injured my tailbone and they were very understanding and paused my membership until I felt I was able to return. Pilates has helped me tremendously. I have a desk job and have become more aware of my posture throughout the day. The instructors are all wonderful and attentive, giving feedback during class and help you to make slight adjustments so you get the full benefit of the workout. I love the mind/body connection that I get from pilates. They offer a wide variety of classes for any level of fitness. If I could go to a class at Club Pilates every day I would!

  After trying various other fitness facilities and such, I came across Club Pilates at Indian Lake. I absolutely recommend to everyone. The staff is welcoming and professional. They have some of the best trainers ( Shana, Kristie, Zoe, Brooke, and many more) that will challenge you in the most rewarding way possible. When you may be feeling at your most vulnerable, or at your best, this is the best community to surround yourself with and be a part of. Give it a try!

  I’ve been a member for a little over a month now and I’m HOOKED. I love the workouts, the challenges, and the motivation I receive from the coaches. Classes with Kristie, Shana, and Zoe leave me feeling so accomplished! Brooke is wonderful to work with and is always willing to find answers to your questions. I highly recommend you try out a class!
