(September 22, 2020, 6:34 pm)Theo’s (our new poodle puppy) appointment was later in the week, we became very worried about him being lethargic so they moved the appointment up. I became super paranoid that he was dying so she told me to bring him now. They were super busy with no open rooms, but they took him back & diagnosed him rather quickly & communicated with us all the good, the bad & the scary truth. (I had every right to be paranoid)
The compassion of the office staff was remarkable.
THEY SAVED HIS LIFE!
He had to have a blood transfusion & I was super worried about the cost, but it wasn’t that bad to save his life (he’s 8weeks old)
Thankful for Doggy Rico donated blood to our Theo. Thankful for Dr. Ben & the techs. Our pup was dying & they saved his life & didn’t cost me a small fortune to do it.
Communication, knowledge, experience & service was outstanding even during a busy day mid week in a pandemic. -

They are SO patient, answer every question, are open to multiple options when needed and truly understand that these fur babies are family to us. We're so lucky to have a vet we truly love!

(July 18, 2020, 4:34 pm)Dr Layne was amazing. I have two older dogs so we were having very tough conversations. He was so kind and clear in communicating with me. He was ver thorough in examining my dogs. The office staff are extraordinary. Very helpful in answering questions and overall friendly. The office and exam room are clean. I wish we had come here years ago. I highly recommend this local vet.

(May 30, 2020, 3:58 pm)I just had to put my fur buddy (Goldie) down and they were so kind and caring and let me stay with her and gave me time alone with her. I will be forever great full.
Thank you to the Dr.s and staff for taking such good care of her for the last 8yrs of her 14yrs of life. That we have live here in Tennessee.
