They are amazing and fairly priced. We have had them install faucets, replaced our hot water tank, garbage disposals, a dishwasher, and fix our shower. They are always courteous and do a great job. We have never had to call them back for any reason because the job gets done right the first time. They are also very easy to get a hold of and work with.
Needed wax ring replaced on a toilet in a small bathroom where I couldnt really do it myself. Service was very friendly, professional, and did a fast job for very reasonable price. Not often in life have I had to pay a plumber and been satisfied with the price paid. Will recommend and use again if ever needed.
We called for a second opinion because we had been told by a big plumbing company that we had a leak in our crawlspace and they would have to either rip out our cabinet our remove the back wall of our house (!) to fix it - of course charging a very high fee. Terry came in and within two minutes identified a leak under our sink very close to the back of the cabinet - a PVC pipe had split. Terry replaced the pipe and fixed the leak for a very reasonable price. All in all he was in and out in less than an hour. Also followed COVID precautions - was even willing to drive back to the office for masks when he couldn't find any in his van. So happy with our experience and will definitely be calling them again in the future should the need arise.
There aren’t too many businesses these days that go above and beyond, but one phone call can make a difference. I had just come home with a newborn and my water was coming out of every faucet murky and brown. I called the WHUD to report an issue thinking it was something from the main line, but the issue was in my home. I called this business for the first time ever, AFTER HOURS, and the owner picked up. He not only walked me through the potential sources (like hot water heater), but literally FACETIMED me to see the setup on my water softener system to help me bypass it, and it cleared my issue up immediately. Didn’t charge me anything, just cared about my situation. I would have never expected this level of professionalism these days. They will be the only plumber getting my business from here on out.
