  I recently made a major life change. I toured and visited many apartments. I came to Hickory Run to take a self guided tour. I was met at the office by a very friendly staff. They gave me great directions to the tour. The answered all of my questions. Kelly and Deanna have been superb. My apartment is very nice. Supper clean. Very quiet. Perfect for any family. A real community feel! Even during this difficult time! I highly recommend this complex!

  This was my fiancés and I first apartment. We have lived here for 14 months & just signed to renew our lease. Before we signed our new lease, we searched for a new apartment. But any time we liked somewhere else, we ran into the issue of “ the leasing office don’t seem to love their community”. I feel as, Kelley, Hillary, and Deanna go out of their way to ensure our community & residents are loved & taken care of. This is our home, and I love how the office ladies take pride knowing that. The apartments are cute, and for the price in Hendersonville it’s a steal. But the office staff makes it all much better! In the 14 months we have lived here, we haven’t faced really any issues. If there would be anything I could “complain” about it would be I hate that we have a parking fee, but everything else is 110% amazing.

  The apartment I wanted fell thru and I ended up going somewhere else. Deanna and Kelly worked hard to keep me happy and were very professional n responsive. I used to live at hickory run for 2 years. Staff are always willing to help. Maintenance promptly fix whatever needs to be fixed. If u have loud neighbors the staff will contact them n let them know to be more respectful. Good place n good people
