(June 1, 2022, 11:22 am)I rented a unit from this company after my father passed away at the beginning of the year, just to store his belongings until the weather warmed up for a yard sale. The gentleman I dealt with was very nice and helpful through out the process. After having my yard sale, I was no longer in need of the unit, so after I swept the unit out and made sure it was empty. I called to cancel my rental agreement, again the gentalman I dealt with was very nice. A few weeks later, its the beginning of the month, and I notice a payment was taken out for the storage unit, when there shouldn't have been a payment seen I had cancelled a few weeks before. So, I contacted the company again, this time I dealt with a woman, she again was super nice and understanding. She reversed the transaction and apologized for the issue. I will for sure be using this company again, if I ever need a storage unit. I have nothing but nice things to say about it.

(July 4, 2016, 4:45 pm)Owners are pretty awesome and I like the security of this place. There are lights stationed around the facility and a locked gate at the enterance. Not to mention there's another level of security for the climate control facilities. The doors also allow for up to two locks on the units which is nice. I would definitely recommend.
