Great bank. Always beyond slow service for anything outside a teller. But once you get in, it really has a personal feel. Great bankers.

Despite the big chain name, this Chase branch has a really small town, cozy feel. My parents have been banking here for a few years, and are on a first-name basis with many of the staff here, namely Meena Batra.

Lured in by a good promotion for new money, I recently opened an account here with Meena, and was delighted to receive periodic phone calls from her, most recently wishing me a happy new year and suggesting strategies to help my money better "work" for me. She's very friendly and not the least bit pushy when discussing banking options, a nice change from what I'm used to at other banks.

In an age where most people use ATMs, bank online, and have direct deposit set up, it's nice to see a Chase branch that embraces the technology without forgetting about the human element.
