(October 4, 2016, 1:35 pm)I have been seeing Jennifer Chaney as my Primary Care Physician for over 2 years. She is a nurse practitioner for Dr. Cook. She is excellent. The entire facility is friendly and helpful. Very nice change from the norm. The only thing I would change if I could is add more handicap parking.
(September 18, 2016, 3:02 pm)The medical staff is 5 star and MOST of the office staff is, as well. You are seen quickly and when the doctor or NP sees you, it is never rushed. They truly care.
