The absolute BEST DMV experience I have EVER had in my life!!! Thank you SO MUCH to Zandra Wardlaw for making my experience be so peaceful and painless. I had lost my DL and needed to change my name, PLUS get that new Real ID 🌟, so I was prepared to wait a few HOURS to get it done. I Iive in Memphis, but drove to Covington (almost an Hour drive) just so I wouldn't have to endure another bad Memphis DMV experience. Y'all, when I tell you it wasn't 2 MINUTES before the system announced my number!! Ms. Wardlaw had already seen that I was nervous and looking pretty lost and told me she would take good care of me and she did!! Best Experience EVER!! I will NEVER go to another. The Covington TN DMV is now MY DMV!

So, I drove an hour here from Memphis hoping the wait wouldn't be as long but it was about a 30 min wait 😒. But the people was nice and helpful.

In all my years of having driving license since I was 18 and that been 39 years ago I have never went to the DMV and got waited on in 20 minutes most of time it's 2 or more hours. Keep up the good work cause this is where I will be coming for now on...
