Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken

This is the ORIGINAL Gus’s Chicken and it didn’t disappoint!!! It has an “old time” atmosphere (nothing elegant about the look of the place), but it’s CLEAN and feels like you’re going back in time!! The chicken was FANTASTIC and the service was GREAT!! One thing I love about this particular location in Mason is the fact that you’re in a little town and it feels like you know everyone in the restaurant!! Everyone (customers included) acts like they’re friends with everyone!! The food is cooked after you order, so there’s a little wait time; but it’s well worth the wait because you’re getting fresh food made just for you!!!

Best dang chicken ever! The beans and okra are good, slaw is delish, and the people are great. 10/10 would recommend to my friends.

Omg this was worth the drive I promise you the best fried chicken I have are in a very long time coleslaw was so dang on 🔥🔥🔥 the juiciness of the chicken is so freaking delicious 😋 great service nice atmosphere clean good environment I can't wait to go back
