(July 18, 2020, 3:50 pm)I loved my MANDUU experience! My trainer, Jacob Adcock, was extremely helpful, encouraging, and progressional. I broke a sweat in just 12 minutes and felt well worked all over by the end without any mental exhaustion. 10/10 will do again!
