In 2015 my 10 year old son broke his front tooth (number 9). His dentist (Dr. Holiday) called into the Apex offices who were able to "fixed" him in the same day and saved my son from being teased at school!
In 2016 my 11 year son broke the same tooth that would now need a root canal. I was very nervous to have this procedure done to my son at such a young age, however the nurse Danielle reassured me every step of the way. She answered every single question I had before, during, and after the visit.
After the root canal was performed Danielle informed me that everything went well and that my son had actually fallen asleep during the procedure. This was such a relief for me. Dr. Heeren came out afterwards and answered the remaining thousands of questions I had, lol.
I was given a prescription to assist my son with any pain he may have, however I am happy to report that I never had to get it filled! My son was pain free throughout the entire process and I grateful for the expertise and professionalism at the Apex offices.
Hopefully I don't see them next year but even if I do I know that my son will be in good hands!
