I highly recommend Dr. Franklin. She is thorough and compassionate. She caught my melanoma very early on. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could!

I have convinced others to go here and everyone has told me they were very pleased. I also saw someone comment that they never give samples which I have not experienced. I Love Shelley Franklin. Have been seeing her for years as does my husband, son, his wife and her Mom. Dr. Franklin takes her time with you giving you her full attention, very thorough and answers all your questions treating you as if you're the only person in the office. Never had to wait long. Office staff extremely friendly. I have been to other Franklin Dermatologists that were hurried, impersonal,didn't know you from Jack when you came back to them. Shelley Franklin is a warm and caring, down to earth physician who knows her stuff remembers you. I truly appreciate that.
