“I moved to the Heritage for piece of mind. No more house up keep. No more yard work. We have a great staff that takes care of you every need. There is a great selection of food for each meal. The residences here are so friendly. They all become family. There are several activities to choice between. Our grounds are very conducive to walking or riding a bike. There are several trails and sidewalk options for walking. One lap around the grounds is one mile. My home is cleaned once a week or if I have a problem they are here to help clean up on request. “I have had the pleasure of training in and visiting multiple Crossfit box around Middle TN and out of state. I've generally always feel welcome anywhere I go. However, Trivium, it's owners, coaches and member are absolutely top notch. The facilities are great, not to big but still plenty of space. They have all the right equipment including air runners, ski, row and bike ergs and the dreaded Assualt bikes. There's plenty of rig space for gymnastics stuff and ample floor space for a full class with barbells. They support all levels of athletes from brand new to games athletes. I feel very fortunate to call trivium my home box.”

Dr. Ritter tried to talk my teenager out of braces as his bite was great and his teeth were just a little off (which is what he wanted to address).
