We hadn't lived in our home for very long when we needed to sell it due to a Covid related job change. I have sold my own home before and have also used a realtor. I wasn't sure what to expect using this service to save some of our equity, and it was honestly just as good as when I used a full priced realtor. We had some struggles with our first offer and they were professional and on top of it. They had a photographer take pictures of our home for the listing. They were great at following up with any interested parties to make sure we could accept the best offer. We could not have asked for anything better, especially when we saved over $9,000 of our own equity in the sale to use towards our move. Absolutely recommend!
