Exceptional service! ...such great, friendly, professional work and customer service. My wife and I were in town from Ohio helping our son and daughter in law move into a new apartment when my truck developed issues. I called them and they graciously got us in right away and fixed the universal joint. They also discovered the front wheel bearings were close to falling apart. We were so thankful they discovered this issue before our long trip back to Ohio. They fixed everything quickly and gave us a loaner vehicle while my truck was being serviced. Their staff really came through for us! We are so thankful we found this shop. This shop provided the absolute best experience we could ask for. Thanks to Jeff, Eric, Chris and the rest of the staff that cared for us and got us back on the road. You can't go wrong taking your vehicle here...a very honest, transparent and kind auto care shop. They also have a friendly dog named Charlie that will greet you at the door.

Replaced clutch in my Honda manual transmission vehicle, plus other prior work. The Center has skilled, knowledgeable mechanics. They met their time estimate. Charges were clearly identified up front and they actually discounted some of it back when they discovered that a part they had initially charged me for in the estimate was already included in the manufacturer's repair kit. On another occasion I had one of those "outside the box" repairs that they had to track down on their own and were able to do so. I recommend without hesitation.

The absolute best car servicing experience I’ve had. We came to Grassland Auto in a really bad situation having bought a used car with a fried computer and coils that two other nashville mechanics were unable to fix. Grassland not only helped by offering at a low cost a VERY helpful loaner vehicle, but also got the job done promptly and with lots of reassuring communication, which had been severely lacking at other shops. Their master tech did amazing worked and really got us out of a hard place and Sarah was beyond helpful. Will only be using this place in the future, couldn’t recommend more highly.
