  I have been looking for a church that isn't afraid to deny marriage and acceptance to the LGBT community. This is the spot. Completely against it!

  This church body truly just wants more of God and wants to do what He commissioned us to do here on earth. The staff and volunteers are genuine and warm. There are plenty of options for church services, conferences, and a consistently rotating Wednesday evening class. Theres a sweet Café to mingle inside or just grab a cup to bring to early morning service. The new children’s wing is a dream! With a quality check in and check out system your kids will be safe and will enjoy the creatively designed rooms and play structure. I love calling this place my home.

  I have attended here three times in the last three months (I live an hour away and cannot come every Sunday). I enjoy this church immensely for a number of reasons: (1) the power and presence of Holy Spirit are honored and embraced here, (2) this assembly operates in the gifts of Holy Spirit, (3) the music is superb--not too loud and not too low, (4) the friendliness of the congregants and the church staff are very noticeable; there is a genuine warmth that surrounds the building and the servants of the Lord make this happen, (5) the messaging from the pulpit is inspirational, based in biblical doctrine, and not watered down.
  
  The Word of God is a two-edged sword; for the righteous, it's a tool that empowers and delivers, but for the casual Christian, it's a weapon against the flesh that many will not allow to penetrate beyond their comfortable Christianity lifestyle. I sense in my spirit this is why the assembly here may be perceived as a little "radical" compared to the other non-denominational churches in the immediate area. Carnal Christian's don't have much use for consecration and holiness, and living a life sold-out to Jesus doesn't look appealing to those who still enjoy the enticements of the world; but wasn't Jesus radical?
  
  What I don't enjoy doesn't really apply to me; it applies to people who dislike a long music service which can flow for over an hour. Newbies in Jesus, or the carnally-minded Christian who has had little development in the flow of Holy Spirit may struggle in worship. While there are a number of people who embrace the power of Holy Spirit in the worship service, there are just as many who fade out and play on their cell phones. I'm going to be frank here: there are believer's in Jesus and there are followers. Followers (disciples) understand the worship service isn't just a corporate sing-a-long with a couple of two minute songs before the offering plate is passed around. Followers of Jesus know the worship service is literally a time to WORSHIP and acknowledge the sovereignty of God. Followers of Jesus also know that 90% of all healing's occur during the act of worshiping Almighty God in a corporate worship service, so yes, they worship Him, sometimes for quite a while. Sadly, this just doesn't jive with the carnal Christian who has never had a divine encounter with the Most High God. I have never known anyone who has experienced an actual dynamic encounter with the living God fade out of any worship service. I say that with gravity and not to attack anyone personally; but clearly, mature Christian's humble themselves under the mighty presence of God and align themselves to the movement of His precious Holy Spirit when it is operation.
  
  Time and time again this is the complaint I hear from most people I bring to churches who flow with Holy Spirit like Grace Center. They cannot handle the length of the worship service. While this can create an issue for church growth as churches hope to acquire new congregants, I do not personally see this as a problem. There are sheep and goats and doves and horses and oxen and eagles in the kingdom of God, for example; and Grace Center is a church birthing eagles. There is a strong leaning towards the prophetic (which is biblical and for today) and a concentration on holiness and flowing in the spirit (which is also biblical and for today). These are not your average run of the mill Sunday squatters who are coming to church in order to place a check mark next to their list of weekly "glad to get that out of the way" obligations. These people are actually engaged in serving God, embracing Holy Spirit, and loving people. Sorry folks, but most churches don't even come close to this level of devotion to King Jesus, but Grace Center is achieving it on all counts.
  
  If you're looking for a place of worship called by God to be a "habitation" for the Holy Spirit of God, this is probably where you need to be provided you can allow yourself time to grow into the worship culture that seeks to honor the presence of God in every service and also in daily living.
