Peak Performance Chiropractic

This team is amazing!! I can not say enough good things. I recently moved to the area and was in search of a chiropractor and found Dr. Jeff and team. He has helped me so much! I was suffering from a severe muscle strain in the shoulder area for a long time and with his help and muscle therapy I am now pain free, within a few months!! He is always thinking and trying different things. Dr. Carolyn is the sweetest, always smiling and willing to help in anyway! This is one of the best offices I have been too!

Drs. Carolyn and Jeff are the best! I completely trust them and they truly aim to assist a patient in resolving their problems. Both of them have helped our family with a variety of issues and we are very grateful for them. Also, Dr. Carolyn is amazing with treatments during pregnancy and postpartum!! She's educated and super helpful - I felt very good throughout my pregnancy and know that it's in a large part due to her.

I took my girlfriend to Jeff and Carolyn when her back went out. She had just moved to Tennessee from Florida and was in the car for about 16 hours. She had also packed up her entire house and then unpacked it all within a week. The day her back went out she couldn't even get out of bed or move from side to side without being in severe pain. After getting her to Peak Performance she improved very quickly. They took great care of her and made her feel completely comfortable in their office. Before we left they gave her a few stretches to do at home so that she could continue to improve. She also went back a few times after the initial visit to get a few adjustments. We'd highly recommend Peak Performance. They are very professional and care about their clients. It was her first time using a chiropractor and she could not have been more grateful to them for the relief they provided.

Very nice first visit. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Carolyn and she explained everything she was doing before she did it. I only gave 4 stars because I have only been once and don't yet know if I will feel relief from my pain, but I'm hoping!
Update: Both Dr. Carolyn and Dr. Jeff work very hard to find the best treatment for my shoulder and back pain. They truly listened to me and what I needed every time I visited. Today I feel so much better and I wouldn't hesitate to return if I need to. Thank you!

Dr. Carolyn is amazing - she's a true healer. She does not practice the stereotypical thought of chiropractic care. The treatments are cutting edge and TRULY make a difference in the lives of patients. I have been treated for tendinitis and no longer have pain - was able to get back to golfing as normal within a few short weeks! My mother also has experienced life changing results from the care that Dr. Carolyn has given her. It's refreshing to have someone care for you who not only knows what they are doing and why, but who tailors the treatment to you as an individual...!!
