CrossFit Goose Creek

I've tried a few different CrossFit gyms over the year, and this one was different from day one. The community this team has built here is unlike any I've ever been a part of. The encouragement of this team has helped me make lifestyle changes I didn't think were possible, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Whether you are brand new to CrossFit or exercise, or an experienced vet, or somewhere in between and just looking for a challenge - this gym is such a welcoming environment to everyone who walks through the doors.

One of the best in the area when it comes to a solid workout and class motivation. Coaches are top notch and all professional. Rates are spot on with the area. Each class has that family feel and makes you want to come back and do it again. Highly recommended to the beginner to the elite. If you want to be challenged, stop by. The doors are always open to new members.

I have been going to Crossfit Goose Creek for six months now. New to CrossFit and not a hard core fitness guy. I love this gym and the community of people that I’ve met. And I’m seeing significant improvement in my fitness. Very supportive, professional yet casual, non intimidating atmosphere.

Great coaches, great community amongst the members and coaches. Tried a few other similar gyms prior to joining here and the first time I worked out at CFGC I knew i would join. Loved it ever since and hope I never have to go back to a regular gym. Keep it up!

I hate working out, I really truly don't like it. This is why I love CrossFit Goose Creek! Everytime I show up it's a group effort to complete my workout. I've gained a tremendous amount of strength and endurance since I started going in December and I really look forward to it every day. I'm also totally new and need instructions every time I go so the coaches are extra awesome because they take their time with showing me what to do. I highly recommend CFGC!
