  Jana is the best eye doctor I have ever been too. She is so sweet and really takes the time to connect with you. She explains things in a way you can understand and is honest with you about concerns or issues you may have. I will never stop recommending this place to everyone!

  Refused to see 2 year old daughter without dilation. There is no reason as to why they were unable to perform ANY tests without dilation. Nonsense. Make an effort, ease my concerns. Nothing of that nature was done. Irritating, the doctor could have easily observed her eye behavior and help us decide if dilation was absolutely necessary for this visit. There ARE potential long term side effects from dilation, it can effect people negatively, especially children. It would have been nice to be able to at minimal, speak with the doctor but our medical concerns were discussed in the lobby and then we were turned away. Disappointed. This visit could have been handled much much better.
  
  We returned and had better appointment. Appreciate the effort to rectify last visit.

  Jana is so sweet and wonderful! She really understood and listened to what I needed. This was my first time with her and she went above and beyond to take care of me. Her staff is fantastic as well! Thank you Berry Farms Eyecare 🥰

  My family and I have been going to Berry Farm Eye Care for just over a year for two annual visits, some fittings for glasses, and for an eye infection. It always feels like I'm visiting family. Dr. Jana makes you feel right at home and the entire staff always makes you feel like you're the only patient that matters. The attentiveness and willingness to help us through insurance hoops has been amazing. The genuine kindness of the entire staff will keep me coming back. Thanks Dr Jana and Team!

  The absolute BEST eye care facility I have ever been to. Dr. Crim is so genuinely caring and thorough, I could go on forever about how awesome they are! They took amazing care of me when I had a scratch in my eye, went above and beyond to accommodate me. Even though it wasn’t in-network on my insurance plan, I will always choose Berry Farms eyecare. I’m thankful I got a scratch in my eye a few months back and googled the closest eye doctor to me which happens to be the best Eye doctor I’ve ever been to!! :)
