“Just fantastic. I booked through Lance. I’d called but he was in a session so he text back, which was fine by me. I prefer texting. Within a week of my session, he reached out to confirm me and got me in touch with Chris, who was my recording engineer for the session. I recorded in Studio B. The space was great and the sound was good. The only issue I had was the Google map is not clear about the turn off so I passed it and there’s not really anywhere to turn around that’s close. I was able to jet off into someone a driveway when the traffic cleared a little.”

“My wife and I were casually searching for a new home for 3-4 months. We looked at building with Beazer Homes in a new neighborhood in Fairview and looked at several other homes. All of the options were either out of our price range or just not a great fit for us. In most cases, I wasn't all that thrilled with the quality or features of the home for those that were out of our price range. Beazer was nickel and dimeing us every time we turned around. Then we stumbled on a home built in Kingston Springs less than 2 miles from where we were living at the time, which allowed us to keep the kids in the same schools. The second we walked in the door, my wife and I turned to each other and said, "This is the one." Real hardwood floors, craftsman trim on ALL the doors and windows, soft closing cabinets, mud room bench with hooks, tankless water heater, great quality faucets, fixtures, appliances and more. We've lived in this home for a year now and we still love it and can't believe that we get to live here at times. Thank you Brent & Bending Chestnut for providing a great quality and visually stunning house for us to call home.”

“In defense of the employees; this location gets a lot of disrespectful people who steal and move items around like nobody's business. It's hard for them to keep up with on a daily basis with a short staff. That being said, (most of) the staff are very kind people. The corporate side of the company couldn't care less about how hard they work some of their management staff though. It's apparently policy that the bathroom doors be locked at all times and if you need to use it you have to pull a manager away from their work to unlock it for you like a six year old asking a teacher for a hall pass. and god FORBID you ask the cashier for bathroom help because they will ANNOUNCE IT OVER THE INTERCOM.. again this is apparently POLICY. I dunno, just seems really asinine to me. Other than that, I see most of the managers intensely fast walking all over the place just to keep up with their employee and customer requests. Oh and never have I ever seen MANAGERS stocking as much as these guys do. they don't have any stocking staff whatsoever. So the 1300+ boxes getting stocked on the shelves every week? Thank the two main managers for that, Blue Beanie and Red Beard 👏👏👏 (I do not know their names but that's what I'm calling them and you should too)”

“Our pup tore apart a section of our carpet and we were at a loss of what to do. Luckily, we had an extra section of carpet that would work for a replacement but we had such a tough time finding someone to come repair it for us. But Carpet technologies was able to repair it in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. They were quick to respond, super professional and at the end of the day, you couldn't even tell that it happened! Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!”

“I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International. David the salesman met me within days of our initial inquiry with show room materials and provided an accurate quote. The job was scheduled for within a week of our meeting and completed in one day. This was very impressive considering we didn’t have to remove furniture and there was a mixture of flooring throughout the house including old carpet, hardwood and linoleum. They 5in vinyl plank we chose looked great and was installed properly and topped off with 1/4 round that gave it that finished look. Great experience from start to finish and helpful payment options!”
