We had a wonderful experience at our four-year-olds first dental visit! Dr. Carol and her team did a great job making him feel comfortable and eliminating his anxiety. Highly recommend!

Our experience could not have been better! Since the moment we walked in everyone was welcoming and professional. The office is beautiful and clean. My 3 year old was nervous at first but she ended up having so much fun. They explained what they were doing and made sure my daughter was comfortable with it before proceeding. I was able to be next to her the whole time. This was our first ever dentist appointment and my daughter says she loves going to the dentist now!

Dr. Carol and everyone at First Impressions are amazing! Such a happy environment. We had a fairly traumatic experience with another pediatric dentist last year and I didn’t know how my 7 year old was going to react. She was calm and comforted and left saying “Going to the dentist is fun, Mom!”
It was a first exam and cleaning for my 3 year old and she was equally as relaxed!
I highly recommend Dr. Nixon and her staff. A great addition to Nolensville!

Dr. Carol and her staff are amazing! I have a strong aversion to the dentist that I didn’t want to pass onto my kids, and feel so blessed to have found First Impressions.
From the moment we arrived, she worked hard to make sure my girls and I were completely comfortable. She answered any and all questions happily, and really made sure that I understood all available treatment options and their costs.
I highly suggest bringing your kids to visit Dr. Carol- you will love her!

Dr. Carol and her staff have created a welcoming, loving environment for our family. It felt like home. She has such a sweet, kind but reflective spirit that helps to hold my kids accountable for the health of their teeth. She explains to them what can happen when they don’t stick to a good dental regime.
