Amazing staff and little wait time! I went in there with the worst case of tonsillitis that I have had. They could tell I was in a lot of pain and felt like passing out. The nurse and doctor were both excellent at assessing my sickness and talking about the follow up actions. The only negative thing is that they are a little bit on the pricey side. Care was 10/10
I have been absolutely thrilled with the care and cleanliness of this new clinic. My pediatrician is at 100 Oaks. I love her, but it's so far away when you have a sick kiddo. What is amazing is that my kids' medical records are available at this clinic and I'm still in the trusted Vanderbilt medical family.
I gave the four stars because the check in process is very easy. The reason they did not earn the fifth star was because the nurse didn't seem to concerned with what I was telling her. She just told me I should really look for a primary care so that they can better advise me she ran a couple of test and sent me on my way with nothing later on I ended going to the ER and was diagnosed with a kidney infection.
