The Academy of Heritage Commons

The Academy of Heritage Commons has been my home for 12 years now. I started in August of 2009 after trying several interviews on for size. When I walked in I felt at home. I am allowed to take my passion for teaching and make it my own. I am given opportunities to get trainings that no school in this area is offering. I am also given an opportunity to help your little one become part of our school family. They are my top concern. I research to see what your child needs. I prepare you and them for a sometimes unknown elementary journey. (Covid had us preparing for unknowns. For instance would Kindergarten be in person or online.) The priority is always your child’s social emotional growth. We build that up so that no one can knock them down. ❤️ We have so many long term dedicated teachers that are a part of my family and also want to be a part of yours. I absolutely love the Academy of Heritage Commons My son went to this preschool from 6 weeks old to graduating to go to kindergarten! All the teachers was amazing! He learned so much being at the Academy!

This is one of the best preschools I was very skeptical at first about every school my niece went to but as soon as I walked in the building of the Academy there was love. I could tell that everyone loved their job and each child and let’s talk about how great their curriculum is.The Director and all the teachers are very professional and Communication is great throughout the whole school

We started at The Academy of Heritage Commons this past December. We have a four year old who has blossomed since beginning the program! He is talking more and enjoys all the fun activities. He has learned some sign language and is starting to learn how to write his name! The daily pictures we receive are amazing and help us to see a part of his day so that we can talk to him about the things he did that day. His teachers have been fantastic with him. Ms. Germeen and Ms. Maddie are amazing with communicating with me on a daily basis and are truly a blessing to my family and many others! Ms. Amanda, Ms. Lori and Ms. Monica are always there to answer any questions and they have made our experience so much better! We are proud and excited to be a part of The Academy school family!

Lovely team, very friendly. I love the app they use to send daily updates and pictures. They do care about children and their programs are great as well.
