Bathroom was clean Coffee was pretty fresh But The other reviews are almost correct ( although I strongly disagree with the other reviewer’s use of the term “price gouging “ I suggest if possible you avoid buying Gas in Franklin or Nearby Brentwood as it usually runs between 40 and 50 cents more per gallon than in Nashville city or other cities nearby. In my opinion this facility is better than all other similar competitors in the area. Kerosene is available”

“Our new eXmark 60” Lazer Z X-Series is a real game changer for mowing our farm! I have reduced my mowing time by 1/3 and greatly reduced hours on my tractor with a rotary cutter. Not to mention the fields look professionally groomed in stead of just being mowed.
