“I had a great first experience here! I believe it was Staci who was beyond patient with me while I took my time shopping for glasses. She even stayed past her shift to ensure she assisted me through the entire process which she certainly didn't have to do, but she chose to do anyway. She was extremely helpful, but not at all overbearing while I shopped. She was very personable and answered all of my questions. When I came back to pick up my glasses (which came in less than a week, sooner than expected!) the gentleman there was so helpful and very much invested in how my glasses looked, how well they fit and how I felt about them. He took so much time with me to make sure I was truly satisfied. While I was posing to check them out from several angles, a very sweet old man approached us. He was unable to walk and had a thick accent, but it was clear he was having trouble seeing. The gentleman very sweetly listened and then offered assistance, even looking for and discussing discount options to help the man. It was very apparent he was willing to help this man in any way he could. It was very sweet to witness. As I got up to leave, the gentleman assisting me stood up, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. I'm not sure why that moment stood out to me several days later... one would assume that's just a polite, nonchalant business exchange, but it truly felt like so much more. His gratitude was so heartfelt and sincere. Days later, I thought about that moment and realized how little you hear a genuine "Thank you for your business", and almost never is one as meaningful as his was that day. I had a wonderful experience at the Spring Hill Walmart Vision Center and I will definitely be going back there in the future!”

“"Old school" hardware store, meaning the staff is very knowledgeable about products and determining what you need when you bring parts to replace, etc. I always come here first for my weekend warrior runs of parts, tools, etc. Good luck at finding someone in the aisle at Lowes/HomeDepot let alone with the years of knowledge these folks have!! We compared their prices to the big box and Complete Home Hardware was better quality for about the same price. Christopher was very helpful and looked for ways to help me save a little bit! We initialy contacted our handy man for the install, but the team Christopher uses was 1/3 less expensive. Boy were we pleased that we used them. Professional, clean and very knowledgable. “When I was short a few cents for coffee, my cashier Miran kindly worked some magic on the register so that I didn't have to go back to my car to grab more change. And it made my day because while I'm not impoverished, if someone truly in need was trying to buy that cup, I feel like he would have done the same thing. That kind of service warms my heart. I come here several times per week. Folks may complain in reviews that the place isn't well-managed, but honestly it looks to me like those customers are actually more of a mess themselves. Nothing wrong with this Twice Daily location.”

“I've been shopping at Stitcher's Garden for well over a decade (maybe two). They have a fantastic collection of well-organized fabric for quilters, from batiks to reproductions of 1930s-40s flour sack fabric, to the latest prints. They used to be located on Main Street in Franklin, TN and then in a shopping center near the I-65 exit in Franklin. They moved to a much larger location in early 2022 in Brentwood, TN, which is just over the southern border of Nashville. If you are a quilter, or crafter looking for cute or interesting cotton fabric, you don't want to miss this store. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the selection is amazing.”
