The job was scheduled for within a week of our meeting and completed in one day. This was very impressive considering we didn’t have to remove furniture and there was a mixture of flooring throughout the house including old carpet, hardwood and linoleum. They 5in vinyl plank we chose looked great and was installed properly and topped off with 1/4 round that gave it that finished look. “Easy breezy checking in and out. Breakfast was set up really nicely with a decent amount of options. They’re all basic hotel breakfast level in taste, but that was my expectation. I’m admittedly east to please if there are bagels, but their little slicer and toaster were really great! One round warmed it up and the next perfectly toasted it 😍 I was happy to see there was a nondairy milk option as well. The little cups with salsas and toppings for eggs or potatoes was on a very cold slab, which unfortunately meant half the cup was frozen. However, I think that helps them stay at a safe temp the full serving time and I didn’t need much for my personal plate. I thought it was very thoughtful of them to have drink carriers and cups with lids and straws available to make it easier for those on the go. Their tea selection is also very nice & we had a voucher in our room for a discount on a drink at their bar. They also offer a limited menu of barista style coffee drinks at the bar in the morning.”

“After researching their reviews, my wife and I drove there from Clarksville to see their facility and to drop off some watches for repair. We took four down there and they were able to repair all but one which we hoped we could get repaired but it was doubtful! They are not easy to find in the building. Their location isn't obvious because they have no signage, but I understand why. We called them and the Big Kahuna himself came out to meet us and introduced us to Joseph, one of the watch repair supervisors. He examined each watch and we got claim tickets for each. Repairs took a week and the prices were very reasonable for what they did. First Class Mail from there took a day to get to Clarksville. Items were very well-packed with each watch in its own bubble wrap cocoon along with a photo of the item and the ticket describing the work needed. My old Seiko watch as all polished up and looked better than it has in years! I will use them again. Thanks for the great service.”

During that time, we’ve also seen Dr. Jim Russel and Dr. Dawson and they are all equally awesome!! In addition, the staff are all top notch, from the all the technicians, the front desk staff, grooming and boarding etc, we trust Battleground 100% with the health, safety and well-being our our pets! We even moved 25 miles south to another county, but still will not part with these great folks! Our corgis have all lived to a very old age, and we contribute that partly to the wonderful vet care they have received over the years!!”
