STAR Physical Therapy

As I said in my original post the therapists at STAR are very professional, knowledgeable, and are apparently good at what they do, I might also add that the STAR facility is clean and well equipped.

My daughter has been doing physical therapy for a torn labrum. Katie is awesome! She is so interactive and explains everything so well to a 16 yr old!!

I have had PT services done by this location in the past. Andi Morrisett and the rest of the staff are so knowledgeable, professional and respectful for you needs. They helped me recover from a serious shoulder repair surgery, and I am still doing fantastic as a result of all the care they gave me. My husband recently went to this clinic and received wonderful care from Andi and all the staff. The front desk is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this location if you are in need of PT services in Lebanon, TN.

I am a three time user of the services from Star and I would not ever want to go anywhere else, as I feel that no other place would give me the help that I need for my back. I have tried other places for my problem and I feel that no one has helped me as much as Andi. She is both professional, and very caring at the same time.
I feel that she is very concerned about my health and that is very comforting to me. Thanks Andi and thanks for all of the staff of the Lebanon office from therapist to the clerks at the front desk.

I have been a going to Star since 2014 when I had my first shoulder surgery. The treatment was excellent. In 2020, I reinjured my second shoulder surgery. The doctor said it was too severe to rehab with physical therapy. Andrea developed a treatment plan that has given me no less than 90% usage of my left arm. The facility is clean, the staff is excellent, and the results of treatment is effective. I highly recommend them. Russ Stephens
