I have been a customer of Beltone Hearing Center since 2008. The service has always been excellent. I recently upgrade to new hearing aids and now no more batteries. I have used 3 different locations and each one has been superior in customer satisfaction.

Wonderful experience from the time we were greeted by the lady at the front desk to our time with the hearing specialist! He explained everything to us in terms we understood and did not pressure us. My husband got the hearing aids within an hour and a half he walked out with them in his ears and could hear things he hasn’t heard in years. Yes it is expensive but with great warranties and most of all a personal touch and very knowledgeable professionals We would recommend trying them out we had ordered cheaper ones with no good results and my husband could still not hear A great experience!

Excellent service, not rushed but timely with an excellent result in my mind with an excellent program for cleaning, service, supplies etc.
