“Dr. Hazelwood is a FANTASTIC doctor that genuinely cares for his patients and offers as many options as possible to help get rid or ease your pain! At first from reading the reviews, I was also concerned with what to expect...However because of him treating me, I feel that I am getting the medical care I need to get myself better from before my Worker's Comp injury! His team is very pleasant, polite, professional and does not treat you as a number...He actually spends quality time with you, actively listens to your concerns and truly respectful! I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Hazelwood to assist with your pain management needs and understand that medication is NOT the only option to improve your overall health! Honestly, he does NOT reflect the review score calculated on Google and hope that people give him a more deserved positive feedback from their experiences in the future! 👍”

“These folks are amazing - every single one of them. I had a medical emergency, after a procedure (unrelated to anything that was done), and the care and attention that was given to me was above and beyond. Dr. Daley and his wife, both waited at the emergency room while I was being cared for, until they knew I was fine. I don't know of many folks who would have done so. I thank each of them for taking care of me in a time of need.”

“I have been seeing Heather for my brows now for years. She is the sweetest and my brows always look amazing! Plus because of her I actually started a skin care routine and the hydro facials feel amazing. I am showered with compliments after I get one because of how soft and the glow my skin gets.”

“My dad and his wife lived here for a little over a year. The only reason they left was his declining health. It's a good facility and clean. They take very good care of the residents.”

“We have been going to Tennessee Oncology for 8 years between Nashville and mostly Lebanon office. I have told many people how much this office is such a welcome place. The nurses are so informed and take the best care of the patients. My husband trusted them all. Dr. James Peyton is the BEST in my book. I am not a trusting person but I have believed in him because of his straight talk and his efforts got my husband through 8 years of multiple myeloma. I pray you and your loved one never have to meet Dr. Peyton and his wonderful team. But if you are sent there Be a peace you WILL be given #1 best treatment. I HAVE TRUSTED him for a long time. GOD BLESS these dedicated workers. Thank you all. “I had zero wait in the waiting area. A very short wait time in the room. Allison Bodzy is professional, friendly, and thorough. Don’t put off this important skin check because of a fear of feeling awkward. She will put you at ease. I highly recommend.”

“Extremely Friendly & Helpful staff! Nice to have the freedom to shop without feeling like you're being judged for everything you pickup... (typical in a small shop) yet when I looked up for help there was a "live" someone ready to assist me- they even went down the isle to retrieve what I needed! Nice selection- so good to be able to get 'What' you want 'When' you want it... without having to wait for shipping (many times I've received my liquids spilled all over the box) Prices were comparable to Amazon, though for many of my items they offered a better price-So Nice! Summation... My New Goto!”

“Angel and her team of care givers were a huge blessing to me and our family during my dear brother in laws terminal illness. They were so kind, caring and compassionate and gave me such a peace of mind when I was not able to be there. They were great at keeping me up to date throughout each day. They gave my sister the support she so needed at such a difficult time. I highly recommend Home Instead. They are an outstanding company. I can’t imagine going though such a difficult situation without their help.”

“I'm giving 5 stars because I have had years of experience with Bruce. He is a wonderful, caring dentist. But I will say this....Bruce was very caring to me several years ago to the point that he did lots of work on me that I couldn't pay for and allowed me to run with an account. I messed that up by not being able to keep up with payments and having a balance due for 5 plus years. That's completley my fault. I now make good money with my job. When I called to have a bridge Bruce put in for me replaced because it broke (15 year old bridge, it was time), they required me to pay the balance, which I did, gladly as I now have money to do that. I went to my scheduled appointment and was told that irregardless of insurance which won't pay much, that I have to pay the full amount and get reimbursed by insurance. When I tried to pay with my Visa debit card, the card I paid the $1600 plus amount I owed with, I was given a hard time. I do understand that I made bad choices before and I appreciate Dr. Bruce Johnson for taking care of me not knowing if I could pay or not. But, I'm older now. I make good money. It really hurt today that I felt judged and completely disregarded as a prior patient. I want Bruce to replace my bridge because I trust him and, well after all these years, he knows my mouth and he knows what I've had done....because he did most of it. . He is a wonderful dentist, a conscientious person and one I trust to fix me. It really hurt being given the 3rd degree and judged by the staff even after I paid my debt. Now personal stuff done. You need a wonderful person to take care of your dental needs, please see Bruce Johnson December 18, 2019 I really wanted to post a separate, new review as a follow up the review I posted several months ago; but Google won't let me post a new review or I'm just too ignorant to figure out how. Lol I have to say, after the previous encounter when I was so hurt, redemption has occurred. And, honestly, on that previous review, it was a combination of one or two people and my own insecurities that made me feel the way I did. But, those feelings were real, both the good and the bad. Now, as a follow up....the bridge got replaced, and it is beautiful. Bruce did a fabulous job, as I knew he would. Bruce's team has been nothing but wonderful after that initial encounter I reviewed....to the point that I was asked about the review and received reassurance that they truly did not mean to make me feel the way I did. Somehow, on Monday night, I "chipped" one of the front teeth of the bridge. I called Tuesday morning to see about getting it repaired. Knowing I really didnt need to miss work, Kendra searched the calendar and told me what was open. I was able to go Tuesday afternoon. I posted this on Facebook earlier... "My dentist's office was so kind and so sympathetic when I called about this chip in my bridge. They had me come in this afternoon to try to repair it. The sad part is, I usually take any broken pieces, extra parts, whatever, with me when things like this happens, but I forgot to take the "chip" with me today. He would have filed the area down and try to make it better, but very up front in that the best way is for me to bring that chip in and let him "bond" it back into the bridge. Bruce, himself, even got on the calendar and found a time for me to come back in tomorrow morning to do it. Then, we even had a brief conversation about getting through the holidays and then determine if the whole bridge should be replaced (under warranty, I might add). So, thank you Dr. Bruce Johnson and your team for working so hard to help me out. This is why I used to drive from Atlanta back to Lebanon for dental work, and now from Nashville to Lebanon." Today, while my bridge still needs repair, was very positive and so uplifting. Thank you Kendra, Valerie, Susan (forgive me if I got your name wrong), and of course Dr. Bruce. Great to see you Teresa even though you didnt get to torture me today. Lol (she's the hygienist and I hate getting my teeth cleaned. Lol).”

“As an older first time mom, I researched and asked for recommendations for a pediatrician. Dr. Orr came highly recommended. I met with him and he was very attentive and answered all our questions. My baby girl is now 2- and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR. Orr and his nursing staff! Everyone has always been helpful and very attentive.”

“We drive over an hour to go to this dentist because they truly are worth the drive. My children were terrified of dentists, due to a bad experience at a different office. The staff here have been so patient, kind, and helpful. Now my kids do not cry at the dentist and are totally calm and comfortable. Highly recommended!”
