(November 24, 2021, 10:44 am)The speed and agility program at 615 in Mt. Juliet is amazing. I see progress after only two sessions. Coach Fitz was a trainer at FSU, ND and Vandy and has a great program. His assistant is nails too. I am an anachronism, and it is fun to observe the science employed in today’s sports. I never had even heard the term “recruiting your fast twitch muscles.” I should have had my son in this for years.

My 9 year old was hesitant at first but the results of training for the summer has proved to him his hard work and determination to get better on the soccer field has paid off. His speed has noticeably increased and results are amazing. He can not wait until winter training . Thanks to Coach Fitz as his training methods are remarkable.
