Kelly provided personalized, thoughtful, hands-on treatment for me at a time when I couldn’t imagine a life without debilitating pain. She really listened to how I felt each visit and curated our sessions to fit my needs that day. I especially like that she explained the science and reasoning behind her decisions and actions to me. Knowing and seeing my struggles both physically and mentally, she also let me borrow a book to help educate myself about pain.

This was my first PT experience where the therapist was all mine for the entire hour, and it was totally worth it. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone who needs relief, ideas, or even a good pep talk!

I had seen two other pelvic floor physical therapists before Kelly and neither of them were able to fully fix my lingering postpartum issues. When I went to Kelly, I immediately felt comfortable and confident that she was going to be able to help me the right way this time.

She really took the time to listen and ask questions during our assessment and dug deeper than the other physical therapists had done to really uncover what was going on with me instead of just putting me on some generic exercise program. She catered to my personal needs, and never made me feel stupid for questions I asked or exercises I needed a little more help getting right. She even made me feel comfortable in some not-so-comfortable assessments that come with pelvic floor pt, and that’s so important for a recovering postpartum woman.

I had six sessions with Kelly and that was all it took to get me back to feeling confident enough to run, workout with minimal modifications, and even just pick up my daughter with no pain.
I will forever be grateful for her helping me feel like me again. Her knowledge, compassion, and genuine love for what she does is something you don’t find everyday. I highly encourage anyone looking for a pelvic floor pt to see Kelly. You will not be disappointed!

Kelly is wonderful! She has an expansive knowledge of the body and if she doesn't know something, she will learn about it and incorporate that knowledge into her approach. Kelly listens, acknowledges, is empathetic and has a lovely energy and demeanor. I trusted her right away and just knew she'd be able to help me where so many have failed. I'm a challenging case with long history of surgeries and other traumas, and she is more than up for the task. Her needling is on point (pun intended) and after my very first visit with her I felt some relief. And the cherry on top is that she's so pleasant to be with. I really can't recommend her enough.

Once again, Kelly Ehlert worked her magic and I’m walking better than I have in decades! As a very knowledgeable and caring physical therapist, she has seen me through two knee replacements (and also helped me with some unrelated nerve pain). Not only is Kelly professional, she is unrelentingly positive and motivational. She pushes you to get the best results and easily helps you overcome the mental blocks that are inevitable. Kelly is fabulous! I was nervous about doing pelvic floor PT but she made me feel relaxed. Because of her awesome work and training, I am in tune with my body even more than I was before I got pregnant. She has helped with bladder control, pelvic alignment, and core strength. She has also helped me learn ways to make intimacy after childbirth more enjoyable and less nerve wracking. She is also very kind and will address whatever goals you have for yourself.
