I have been in therapy my whole life, so I understand the value in finding someone you connect with. After working with her, I find myself able to self regulate better, which really makes all the difference when dealing with my anxiety. I’d recommend Sara to anyone, especially if you’re interested in EMDR! ❤️

When we are in session together. I feel seen and heard. She activily listens, and offers feedback if i want it.
I have been seeing her on and off for about 4 yrs now. I came in strugglung with depression and anxiety.
She has helped me learn the Practice of Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and empathy.
She offers a safe space for her clients.
