“I joined OTF 5 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I have never stuck with a workout regime before Orangetheory but I am now addicted to OTF. I love that you workout at your own pace, the workouts are never the same, the music motivates you, the coaches encourage you and believe it or not you will feel like other members are like family after awhile. I live for my 60 minutes under the orange lights and have FOMO when I miss a couple days. I am down 25lbs since I started and I have never been stronger. I HIGHLY recommend OTF to anyone!”

“I’m a new patient at Paddock Place and was impressed. I am someone who has dental anxiety, but the whole staff was incredible. Everything was very efficient and clean. However, unrelated to the office staff, Mt. Juliet police must have some sort of racket going on at the light to turn left from North Mt. Juliet road onto Old Pleasant Grove Rd, which is how I needs to turn into the office parking lot. If you are turning left from North Mt. Juliet road onto Old Pleasant, make sure you are in the far left turning lane at the light because the right lane, after the turn, is a right turn only. I merged from that right lane into the left lane, then had to immediately make a left turn into the parking lot. I was pulled over by Mt Juliet police in the parking lot and given a ticket because the officer said I turned from the right lane. As I was filling out paperwork in the office, I heard the sirens and saw another person get pulled over. Just FYI!”
