“This place is phenomenal! My husband seen Dr. Steves for his primary doctor and his staff was ALWAYS very nice, and welcoming. My husband has a lot of medical issues and he is very hard to please because he has had so many bad, careless doctors, BUT he still to this day talks about how great The Town Doctor is. He wishes he could still see him but we ended up moving out of Tennessee. If you are looking for a doctor and you are on the fence, then just do it. Don't think twice about this facility. The entire staff is remarkable!”

“Staff is so polite and friendly. Everything was clean and there was no clutter anywhere in the building. The appearance is very warm and inviting. They had Christmas decorations throughout the building. My mom is there for rehab and the physical therapist is a very understanding and caring lady. She didn't overly push my mom to do more than she could handle. This seems to be a wonderful facility .”

“Doctor Richie has been my doctor since I was ten years old. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and surgeon. He has always helped my ankles heal from growth plate fractures and I recently tore my meniscus and had surgery to fix it! He did absolutely amazing and explained everything that was going on very well and did not stop until he was able to fix it. The healing has been very quick! He is also an amazing teacher and explains everything in a way that makes you feel optimistic about what is going on. He is so amazing and I totally recommend going to him for any ortho problems.”

It was probably one of the best decisions that I made to rejoin Crossfit after 3 long years. A big thing for me was that the trainers are very focused on you lifting properly so that you don't injure yourself. “My daughter sees a Vanderbilt primary care doctor in Lebanon, Dr Lee. We’ve been to this after-hours clinic several times. It’s so nice to have for those evenings/weekends when she starts feeling unwell. Not only is it a blessing that this after hours clinic exists, but the staff here are always so wonderful! My almost 2yo hates the doctors. She tells them “bye bye” from the second she gets in, she’s just not happy. And they staff never ever makes me feel like an inconvenience for having a kid who isn’t totally cooperative. They are all so patient and so kind to my sweet girl, they never ever stop trying to make the experience as pleasant as possible for her.”
