Victoria, in the service department, has been prompt, courteous, responsive and professional at all times. And Reyna in the logistics department has facilitated that with prompt and courteous communications on shipments, taking great care of our equipment, and generally being a joy to work with. Pixels are going to go out. Power modules will fail. These are either touring products facing the rigorous life of the road, or permanent install with a high duty-cycle. Failures are rare, but it's the response to the failures that sets the company, the manufacturer, the contract... apart. 5 stars...”

Most other places are all about get them in, get them out, get the paycheck. The difference here, it's about quality of work over quantity of customers. Now the place has been set up for live streaming which is a huuuuuuuuge plus. Easy going and easy to work with. Not to mention the skill involved. You need guitar parts in your song but don't play? Curtis has got ya. Bass lines? He's got ya. Keys? Got em. Drums? Got them too. Hands down, the best bang for your buck anywhere you go.”
